The Glenwood Park Community Association is a registered legal entity with the city of Fort Wayne.
Community Associations or Home Owner Associations manage public spaces, enforce community rules, and maintain aesthetics to protect property values.
All homeowners in the neighborhood are automatically part of the HOA and subject to yearly dues ($25/ year per home).

The GWPCA provides snow plowing, lawn mowing the green space along Coliseum, community meetings, events such as block parties, support for community issues that require city involvement, and beautification efforts.
If you are interested in adding to these services or providing new ideas, please attend the next association meeting! We want to hear from you!

You can reach us via the contact form on the Home page of the website. Depending on the request, it may take a day or two to respond. We are all volunteers!
Most of all, we encourage all neighborhood residents to come to association meetings. We are always looking for input and new ideas.

All homeowners of Glenwood Park are automatically part of the Community Association and thus are required to pay yearly dues of $25 per home. Payment is due by March 31 of each year.
We have made it easier to pay! Please see the “Pay Dues” section of the website for information.
Those who lapse in dues payments are ineligible for certain community events such as Dirt Day, Dumpster Day, free food at Block Party events, etc.
Those who are in arrears for multiple years are subject to legal collection for payment of past dues.

The GWPCA is happy to point you in the right direction as far as who to contact when you need help!
For missed trash pickup, please call 311 or use the 311 app to contact the City Waste Dept. It’s a pretty quick process. A ticket will be made for the truck to swing by your home again.

Unfortunately GWPCA does not provide salting services. The cost of renting a salt truck, hiring a driver, and paying for salt and grit is too high.
However, when conditions are prolonged or dangerous, some members of the board try to make contact with the city to request salting in the neighborhood. As a resident, you are encouraged to call 311 and request salting. The more requests, the higher we climb up the city’s priority list!
There are a few sand and grit barrels that are placed at strategic points in the neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to grit slippery areas. Grit is provided by the city and is refilled regularly in the winter.
